Um, yeah, I want to see the source for this information, because it’s not illegal to commit adultery or to tell fortunes, so how can you be strip searched for them? I have no doubt there are plenty of civil rights concerns in our criminal codes, but I’m pretty skeptical that this list is accurate.
Unpaid Parking tickets
Adultery
Fortune Telling
Criminal Anarchy
Criminal interference with health care services or religious worship in the second degree
Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree
Making Graffiti
Unlawfully Using Slugs (fake coins)
While America was focused on the health-care hearing, the Supreme Court went and ruled you, average American, can legally be stripped searched for the pettiest of crimes.
